I am back from vacation and just updated the BDG website incl.
the BDG schedule. It is:

Dec. 6 Flying Cups and Saucers, eds. Debbie Notkin et al.
Jan. 3 Briar Rose, by Jane Yolen
Feb. 7 Dawn, by Octavia Butler
March 6 The Dazzle of Day, by Molly Gloss
April 3 Remnant Population, by Elizabeth Moon

I hope nobody encountered any difficulties in ordering _Flying
Cups_.

Thanks to Janice Dawley the BDG archives are complete up to
the September discussion (The Slave and the Free).

Mysterious Galaxy still has a few copies of FLYING CUPS & SAUCERS
available, at the usual FEMSF discount...

Saw a nice review of Severna Park's latest in the Space Crime Continuum
newsletter. Don't remember if they duplicate the print newsletter on
line, but you might check http://www.spacecrime.com

Has anyone heard whether Rosemary Kirstein has produced a sequel to her
first two books - The Steerswoman and The Outskirter's Secret? They were
released as Del Rey Discoveries but I can't find any other mention of her on
their site. I've just re-read them (for probably the third time) and
enjoyed the quality of her writing all over again.

Her two protagonists are brave, resourceful, intelligent and adaptable women
and I love the twists she puts in the plots.
