Should you choose to accept it, your literary mission for November will be;
"Mary Gentle: A Secret History : The Book of Ash 1. Discussion will be
officially started by the nominator on, or about- Nov. 6, the first Monday of
November. Further information  about this book (reviews, nominators
statement, etc,) can be found at the BDG web site listed at the bottom of the
page.

Books selected for the following months are:

4 December (Monday): Gregory Maguire: Wicked: The Life and
Times of the Wicked Witch of the West
2 January (Tuesday): Angela Carter: Nights at the Circus
5 February (Monday): Suzy McKee Charnas: The Conquerer's Child

Great choice!  Is Book 2 going to be discussed some time?  I thought it was
as good as book 1.  Can't wait for book 3!
