Yes indeed, Jay, people do read books to enjoy them, but they also read
them for a number of other reasons which are equally valid. And many
people who read for enjoyment find a significant part of that enjoyment
through the process of examining a book closely to see what makes it tick.
If that isn't your cup of tea, fine, but don't deny us our pleasure, okay?
