I was just added to this list, and thought it would be polite to
introduce myself.

I'm Candace Byers. I live in Oakland, California. I'm an unpublished
fantasy novelist, and came across this list while wandering around the
Net looking for something else. It looked so potentially interesting
that I couldn't resist.
