NH: _Animal Farm_ is, I believe, the Orwell title to which you're
referring. I read it as a pre-teen, and missed the political
implications because I was too young to understand them. However, I did
grasp most of the moral implications of the novel, and very much enjoyed
it. I was a much more flexible reader as a child.
