The one that occurs to me off the top of my head is Starhawk's THE FIFTH
SACRED THING. Nuclear power isn't the whole theme of the work, but
definitely is a significant part of the backdrop and the characters'
histories.
There is a bibliography of nuclear-related sf - was it Paul Brians who did
it?
