Man sees swans land near pool, swans turn into women, man takes swan robe of one and she can't fly away {sometimes she gets it back and flies away. A variation of the sealkie wife story}. This appears in German epic tales ( it appears in part of the Nieblungand {sic} as well. can't remember extactly where though).
