The beat goes on: The news today was of the finding a Japanese submarine sunk an hour before the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941, heralded in the news as ^Óthe shot that started World War II^Ô. Japan began invading the rest of Asia in 1937, in 1939 Germany invaded Poland, but until America was involved, none of that mattered? I get really tired of this ^ÑAmerica as the center of the universe^Ò attitude. -------------------------------------------------- This is the FEMINISTSF listserve, intended only for discussion of feminism and Speculative Fiction.
