NH: I had an absolute zinging blast at WisCon 20 last year. (Nicola,
sorry I didn't get to meet you then, but I think I was on the opposite
program track from hell). If that one was anything to go by, I highly
recommend WisCon. The panels were interesting, I got to meet Ursula Le
Guin (and take part in a performance/reading of an excerpt of _Always
Coming Home_, which is a book of hers that I revere). I have a Toronto
friend who has avoided WisCon because he thinks he'd be out of place by
reason of his gender. Nope. Lots of people hanging around talking about
books. I was in heaven.
