Try buying Mary Poppins in a book store these days. Last Christmas I tried
buying it for one of my nieces. I tried Borders, Barnes & Noble, Crown &
several local stores in Chicago -- Women & Children First & Barbara's -- I
was told the same by all of them. They don't carry it, it isn't popular &
they could try special ordering it from the publisher but that it could take
6 - 12 weeks.
