As for finding Vonarburg's work or other out of print books, I suggest
searching the www sites of Bibliofind or Interloc, the two largest Net
databases for used and rare books. I think you can post "wants" there,
too.
Amazon Books is primarily a new-book dealer, and gets its out-of-print
stuff the way any search service does - via used-book dealers. You're
better off eliminating the middleperson and going to the above-mentioned
databases.
